Instruction 07: Now, exhale… performs as an organismic system of thinking that re-articulates and interplays eastern, specifically Buddhist epistemologies, with dominant western epistemologies. The artwork sources meditative instructions, live in the gallery-space, through YouTube. These meditative utterances isolate instructions to exhale, and are amplified through the gallery-space, causing a chain reaction in the work.
